Job Purpose
The Facilitator, Strategic Learning Delivery is responsible for training, upskilling, and reskilling new hires, employees, and non-employees to support business initiatives, including growth, transformation, innovation, new client deliveries, and operational excellence. The primary focus includes facilitating learning programs, providing feedback and coaching, maintaining curricula and subject matter expertise, and leveraging multiple delivery methods to ensure high-quality training solutions.

The role's time allocation is approximately:

  • Learning Delivery: 75%

  • Maintaining Curricula & Expertise: 15%

  • Learning Delivery Preparation: 10%

This is an individual contributor role.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Deliver multiple learning curricula and solutions using various modalities, including in-person, virtual, hybrid, and digital learning.

  • Demonstrate strong facilitation, time management, and organizational skills to optimize learner engagement and competency development.

  • Provide skill-based feedback and coaching, monitoring learner progress to ensure competency in their roles.

  • Maintain learning solutions that align with business, regulatory, and audit requirements, utilizing a digital-first approach where appropriate.

  • Act as a subject matter expert and reviewer for new or existing learning solutions.

  • Implement surveys, assessments, and evaluations to measure learning effectiveness.

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, incorporating feedback to improve learning solutions and drive business outcomes.

  • Recommend improvements to increase learning efficiency, scalability, and impact.

  • Track and analyze learner progress, providing insights on competency development and adherence to training requirements.

  • Stay current on industry trends, learning methodologies, and facilitation techniques to enhance learning programs.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Financial Responsibility
The role contributes to achieving business, regulatory, and audit objectives by delivering learning solutions efficiently and within budget.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in professional communication (written & verbal) and collaboration in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

  • Experience facilitating training sessions, providing coaching, and developing knowledge and skills in adult learners.

  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Teams, SharePoint, etc.).

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills tailored to different audiences.

  • Excellent time management, organization, and prioritization abilities.

  • Attention to detail and adherence to structured processes.

  • Critical thinking skills with the ability to seek input, identify improvements, and make recommendations.

  • Ability to work independently to resolve issues and engage others when necessary.

  • Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across different levels and regions.

  • Customer-centric approach with strong interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to quickly grasp business processes, technology, and learning solutions.

  • Ability to observe, assess, and communicate learner progress effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Adult Learning, Human Resources, or a related field.

  • Experience in a Fortune 500 company, particularly in technology, mobile, or financial services.

  • Knowledge of Learning & Development practices, including instructional design, learning management systems, and adult learning theories.

  • Certifications in coaching, facilitation, training, or related areas.

  • Experience utilizing learning data for performance improvement.

  • Familiarity with Workday LMS, SharePoint, and other learning delivery tools.
