At Randstad Digital, we are looking for an IT Knowledge & Asset Manager to join a leading global company specializing in Audit, Consulting, and Technology solutions.

Employment Type: Permanent

Work Model: Full-time, 100% remote.

The Change & Asset Management role involves resolving critical issues, improving processes, and ensuring SLA compliance for Level 2/3 application support, working with internal teams, contractors, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve team inefficiencies and promote a collaborative environment.
  • Coach team members and support their development.
  • Analyze complex ideas and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Use stakeholder input to develop solutions.
  • Address substandard work and improve processes.
  • Support decisions with data and manage team consensus.
  • Adhere to ethical standards and oversee SLA compliance.
  • Address tech challenges with business knowledge.
  • Collaborate with service teams and vendors.
  • Maintain processes for cloud and SaaS environments.
  • Identify trends and propose risk-mitigating solutions.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 4+ years in IT operations, quality, and process improvement.
  • Education: High School Diploma (minimum); Bachelor’s in IT preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Leadership in application support (ITIL, ServiceNow, etc.).
    • Expertise in platforms (e.g., .NET, SharePoint, SQL).
    • Cloud/SaaS experience (e.g., Google G Suite).
    • Analytical problem-solving and documentation skill
