  • Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP or similar ERP platforms.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Demonstrated analytical abilities: gathering and interpreting data, identifying trends, and communicating actionable insights.
  • Experience in supporting management through transformational initiatives and process improvements.
  • Strong collaboration, delegation, and relationship-building skills.

Additional Requirements:

  • Solid understanding of US GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting.
  • Familiarity with reconciliation tools like Blackline is a plus.
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards such as SOX and audit requirements.
  • Experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments, especially during quarter-end close activities, with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
  • Prior experience in public accounting or audit is advantageous.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Microsoft BI Reporting/Cubes.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of internal control frameworks and an ability to work cross-functionally.
